Ukrops Monument 10K...

Saturday morning, My buddy, Jess and I ran in the 10K down town Richmond with 40,000+ other athletes... It was awesome!

if you know me and my history with parking garages... this would be another one of those "moments"...
After the race we headed over to Pearl's for a cup cake!! Happy Day... for running in the race, they gave us each A FREE CUP CAKE!! :)

... if you've never tried this, it's actually quite refreshing!
