Kanosha Pass

 We took a beautiful stroll through the Aspen Forrest at Kanosha Pass this morning with our good friends The Jensons! It was SIMPLY BEAUTIFUL!

SUPER September fun...

 Mom and Dad were invited to go to a Super Hero and Side Kick party... so while we were getting all dressed up the kids got ready as well! Brinley's dressed as the beautiful "Tangled" with ''bandana hair'' and animals attached to her dress... Caitlin is dressed as Princess Peach, and Will is their handsome date!

 Now, Will is Mario... and Caitlin Princess Peach.

 So we went to this party as the "Super Mario Bro's"... i found these awesome jumpers or (band pants) on SUPER discount at Goodwill! They were like $5 each and perfect sizes for us! it was divine intervention... we were meant to be Mario Bros!

Lakewood Stake Fall Frienzie

On Saturday our stake had a fall social and BBQ. It was pretty fun! The kids favorite part was riding the horses and ponies!

Caitlin's Love Quilt

I started this Love Quilt project in June, when we were still living in VA. I was pretty excited to break open the box it was in and get back to work after unpacking in CO! Caitlin was especially looking forward to it because it was for her...

i learned a lot of cool tricks while making this quilt, like how to make Hexagons! Here are a few of them close up...

Pieces are set to sew... and then off to the quilters. C is one happy little girl seeing it all come together!!

 I thought the quilting was pretty cute... "Cotton Candy" pattern with Teal thread!
