Precious Memories...

Almost 3 years ago, my sister-in-law Lindsey gave us this darling scrapbook to record our memories of our adventures in Virginia! I LOVE small scrapbooks like this that are perfect for a small coffee table or mantel decoration. Last week i spent a few days adding the final pages to our Virginia chapter... (sigh)

I don't even know where to begin... (and crying doesn't help.) But i do know that

I'm SO grateful for the short time we spent in Virginia! We are changed for the better! and I'll forever be grateful to the people who crossed our paths and made our days brighter...

Movin' cross country!! Home to CO!!

 So, I'm a little behind on my blogging... but i have good reason because the last 3 weeks has been CRAZY with getting our house all packed up, boxed up and shipped to COLORADO!! Fun news is that I've got a fun post to share of our little TREK west.  MamaT (Nans) was SO AMAZING to come out and help us with the kiddos and driving west... here we are before we headed out of Richmond...

So, while the kids and i were in PA, Justin prepped and painted the toy room/formal dining room (for the new occupants). after he was done, we'd wished we'd done it long ago. why do we always do this to ourselves. we get a house so perfect... then we sell it. anyway, way to go J man... (of course, this is the BEFORE picture... this is how it looked when we moved in. blue...ek. but it was a perfect toy room for us.i think i have a pic later on in the post of how it looked after the paint job.)
