We took advantage of the Monday holiday and went to my parents house for the weekend! We had such a fun time visiting and celebrating
Valentines' day and
Ada's 2nd birthday! It's
such a
joy to be so close to my parents! Caitlin and Will have been
BEYOND excited to get to play with their cousins again!
Here is Brinley's 9 months old picture!! Poor little thing has bonked her head a few times due to her enthusiasm to keep up with her sister and brother! she's a tough cookie... and loves adventure!
We left at 6 on
Saturday morning, headed north arriving in DC just in time to meet our buddies, Matt and Misty at IHOP for breakfast around 8! :) Good times, Good breakfast!

good! After our movie date, we were going to go to lunch, but we decided to get our hair cut instead... 'couples hair cut'. How romantic, we haven't done that for like 6 years. It was fun. haha. 
That afternoon we played outside in the snow with the kids! There was SO much snow!
snow boots... i should have grabbed new ones for Caitlin last time i was at Wal-Mart... cause as we speak they are gone, i'm sure... so Caitlin will just have to wear Enoch's hand me downs and Will is going to have to suffer through wearing Caitlin's hand me downs... i told him they were 'Princess Peach Pink" and he had to wear them if he wanted to be like Mario! I'm only a little worried, because after coming in from the snow they were drinking hot cocoa and Will asked for a PINK straw.... what. did. I. do?
