*History to know: Monday and Tuesday are Brinley and Will's Birthdays... ALSO, the kids have been earning money for good deeds at home and school and saving that money for a Trampoline... Justin and I found a great price on one at Toys R Us and we thought it would be super fun to surprise them and give it to them early!!
It was perfect... Caitlin was invited to a birthday party on Saturday and a buddy of ours offered to tend Will and Brinley for us so we could set up their SURPRISE birthday present! (Thanks BEE!!)
It was so awesome. Justin headed to Toys R Us to get the tramp, and then i took the kids to their destinations! Justin sent me a text saying they had ONE TRAMP LEFT!! ***Dudes, we got the LAST ONE!!*** How cool is that?? AND It was also $50 cheaper than we expected to pay! (bonus). The only bummer thing was that it started raining on us while we were setting it up. We laughed, saying that the rain reminded us of when we took our OR camping trip back in 2004 before we had kids. When we set our tent up and took it down in the rain a few times more that we'd hoped. fun memory though... just like this one!
So, i went to pick the kids up and we decided we'd let them into the back yard the next day, since it was raining and they couldn't jump right away... but it's kinda hard to hide a big trampoline from kids... they saw it through the window and it was no stopping them... WILL CLIMBED up on to the counter and screamed for joy... THESE KIDS WERE SO EXCITED... i only wish i had my camera ready to record their response, but i did get one picture...
