The White House

Here are a few pictures of our little place...
Back yard:

Here is the entry way to the front room. Pictured: Front door and stair case to the upstairs.
Below: Front door is to the left. The door strait ahead is to a side screened patio, that doubles as our 'garage'.
Front room from another angle.
Dining Room. Still need to get a table. To the left is the kitchen, with a door that leads to the back yard--and to the right- bathroom and two bedrooms.
Lets turn Left first. Here is the entry to the kitchen.
Kitchen.
Hall way. Left is Bathroom. Strait ahead is the 1st bedroom, i.e. our 'storage' room/Brinley's nap room. and to the Right is J & A's bedroom.
Cute down stairs bathroom. PS. LOVE THE COLOR!
This is our work-in-progress room. Since we plan on moving within a year, we've held on to most of our boxes. They are stacked up along the right wall... as well as boxes of books and other 'long-term' storage items in grey tubs. This room changes weekly, as we try to organize and widdle out things we don't need... but the good thing is there is enough room for the Pack-n-Play for Brinley to take her naps-- so the kids can still have their play room up stairs. It would be nice to have all this stuff somewhere else ...so this be a guest bedroom... for when family comes to visit!! (hint hint!) We'll see if I can work my magic!
Now entering Justin and Amanda's bedroom...
Dresser and closet...
Bed.
Now, we take you up stairs to what we call the nursery/loft/play land. This is the staircase by the front door.
Caitlin and Will's Beds. The quilts on their beds were a gift made by Grammy Sue!
To the Left of C and W's Beds is Brinley's crib and changing table...
View from kids beds... Left is the stairs. In the back there are those two doors- on left is laundry room and right door is the second bathroom.
Bathroom.
Laundry Room.
Well, that's it! It's small and cozy... and works for now! We are excited to find a place of our own where we can stretch our arms out and not bump into each other. but for now we are enjoying a little peace knowing that we don't have to do any 'home-improvements'...give poor Justin a break! :)
peace out.

I love your house. I love love the "multipurpose" room upstairs. It's precious. I love your decorating and your house looks so well kept.....ours is a mess, especially after a move. It usually takes us about 1 yr. to settle into a place.

It's so cute Amanda - I would have been excited to see all the improvements you guys would have done to it, but I guess I'll just wait until the next home!! Enjoy the coziness and project free life while it lasts!

I love it!!! Super charming! Good luck with all of the unpacking, de-junking and settling in. Although, it looks like you are miles ahead of the game already. Way to go!
